Buying a Firearm
You’ll need a valid government-issued photo ID with your current address, plus you’ll complete paperwork and a background check.
Most purchases can be completed the same day if approved. Delays can take a few days.
Our Policy: We stay compliant as all get out. If your background comes back Delayed, we use the Brady Transfer Date provided by the FBI.
No permit or registration is required for most purchases.
Suppressors
Yes, suppressors are legal in Texas.
Yes, they sell just like a standard firearm with completion of a Form 4473 and NICS background check. If approved, they can go home same day.
